The SX.105 skirting has a modern linear feature groove and at just over 4" high x ½ inch thick provides a modern style, whilst still being able to hide untidy wires. The product is primed and ready for finishing with either gloss or matt paint.

Our skirting boards, sometimes referred to as architrave skirting board, should not be confused with PVC skirting board, DIY plastic skirting board or DIY uPVC skirting. Made from duropolymer, this is a premium Orac product from skirting board Devon. It is suitable for the professional trades person or home installer. Installation as DIY skirting board, general skills are all that are needed. As DIY skirting, cutting is the same as with wood using a saw, preferably a thicker blade for direction stability and with small sharp teeth. If required, any slight unevenness in surfaces can be filled using our filler. Adhesion, using FDP500 for interior or FDP700 for humid or exterior, is rapid, but there is ample time to make adjustments. With the primed surface, finishing and painting is made easier.

SX105 contemporary skirting board is an easy installation, waterproof skirting board. Made from Duropolymer, the SX105 skirting board is a plastic skirting board therefore impervious to water, and requires only the top coat of paint to finish. The SX105 is an 11cm high plastic skirting board, with a contemporary skirting board design. The SX105 plastic skirting board can be used as a diy skirting board throughout the home. Use as conservatory skirting board, bathroom skirting board, shower room skirting board, utility room skirting board, kitchen skirting board, lounge skirting board, dining room skirting board, hall way skirting board and bedroom skirting board. Additionally this SX105 contemporary skirting board can be used as a cable tidy. Electrical cables can be hidden in the void rather than lifting the floor or embedding in the walls. Skirting board lights can also be fitted, ideal for entrance lighting, hallway lighting and stair lighting. SX105F is the flexible skirting board option. For walls, such as bays, which need curved skirting board, flexible skirting board is a unique solution. As both are made in the same moulds, this means that the flexible skirting board and rigid skirting board, can be used together as the room shape dictates. This is a plastic waterproof diy skirting board far more practical than mdf skirting board or wood skirting board. This is an excellent, easy to install, DIY skirting board.
