General Information
Shipping & Delivery - most items are kept in stock and despatched by courier and normally arrive within 2 days. All courier deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked". If you notice any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for re-imbursement after this time cannot be entertained due to our courier’s claims policy.
A receipt signature is required, so any preferred delivery date / address should be advised.
Mainland UK - for orders up to £500 (inc. VAT), delivery is £10.50 (inc. VAT) to mainland UK.
Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands - for orders up to £500 (inc. VAT), delivery is £40.00 to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Scottish Highlands - our carrier (TNT) defines the Scottish Highlands as the following postcodes: IV, KW1-14, PA34, 37, 38 & 39, PH19-26, 30-40, 49 & 50, PH41 sector 4. Delivery to these locations is £40.00 for orders up to £500 (inc. VAT).
For all orders of £500 or over (inc. VAT) delivery is free on weekdays. Saturday a.m. mainland delivery is available at £50 (inc. VAT) on interior products only. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next day, unless otherwise requested.
Although it is extremely rare for damage to occur during transit, please remember that a consignment must not be signed for if there is any evidence of damage. It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package and notify the driver that you wish to decline delivery. Please report any damage to us within 48 hours so we can arrange for replacements to be sent. We will not be liable for replacement of any broken pieces if they have been signed for in "Good Condition".
Refunds & Returns - standard products may be returned for refund or exchange, as long as they are returned within 14 days. However, this will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling charge if no other products are bought to the value of the original order.
Returned goods must be undamaged and carriage is the responsibility of the customer - sorry, but we are unable to arrange collections.
Ordering products constitutes a legally binding contract, subject to UK law. We will not operate in any way which affects your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy - we will not divulge customer personal details unless required by law to do so. We do not sell contact details to third parties and we do not engage in junk mail, email or telephone marketing campaigns. Any and all information given to us is treated as confidential.
