300mm x 3000mm Paintable Half Column
The Pendock paintable half column is suitable for interior use, where steel supports or ugly service pipes intrude into a room. The Pendock 300 design measures 3 metres high with a 300mm internal diameter. Trimming the column casing to create a shorter pillar can be achieved by either using a hand saw or suitable power tool. Columns installed in rooms with a ceiling height of less than 3 metres can be cut to size.

We recommend using the Pendock 300mm paintable column casing where a co-ordinated interior is required. Using our accessories installations will look neat and tidy, and can be painted to suit any decor. Customers looking for plain pillars or columns will find these columns ideal, whilst those seeking more decorative designs should consider our Orac Classical column range. The Pendock column material is likely to require at least 2 coats of paint to provide a good finish.
The paintable 300mm diameter half column can be installed around a timber framework, but will look more durable and attractive when mounted on 200mm high black half collars. Scuffs from shoes can easily show up on a plain column case, but will be barely visible against a black collar. Using collars at the top of each column case as well as the base will make installation neater and give these items an overall coverage of up to 3300mm.
Join half columns by using our shadow gap joint strips. Choose from a smart aluminium or subtle black cover strip. Each full column requires 2 joint strips. You may wish to select our 2500mm timber battens to assist with installation.
Each column we supply comes with full fitting instructions, and is easily fitted by any competent DIY installer or tradesman. Please note that these half pillars are only suitable for interior use.
