Lincrusta is a quintessentially English invention, by the entrepreneur and manufacturer Fredrick Walton. By adapting the successful new
floor product, Staines Linoleum, he modelled it with relief designs for wall applications; representing and replacing painstaking artisan plasterwork. Skills
which today, are rare to find. Lincrusta is made today from natural materials in exactly the same way as 1877. Lincrusta remains incomparable for its deep
emboss, fine detail and enduring strength. Manufactured using many of the original rollers, the collection covers Classic, Gothic, Georgian and contemporary
designs. Installations can be further enhanced with creative decorative effects.
