C.901 Indirect Lighting Coving
C.901 is an indirect lighting cornice design, which can be used to create background or "mood" lighting. This coving design is frequently used by the restaurant & hotel trade. Install coving should be at least 15 cm below the ceiling if lighting components are utilised.

Choose the IL100 and IL110 socket & lamp sets with the IL120 transformer separately if soft mood lighting is required. Use 1 x IL120 for every 2 metre length of IL100. Orac Luxxus C901 coving has been a popular choice since 1999. The cup shaped profile features a panel mould style feature near the base and has been designed to reflect light off ceilings and create atmosphere to any room. The C.901 can be attractive if used without light fittings, although in these cases it is usually placed flush to the ceiling. Almost our entire range is suitable for installation by a competent DIY enthusiast or general builder, but the C901 should always be mechanically fixed if being used in an uplighter capacity, and any electrical work must be by a registered and approved electrical contractor. Each 2 metre polyurethane profile comes with a base coat pre-applied, and can be quickly decorated to suit your decor. You may hunt high and low for a comparable product, but to no avail.
