CX.126 Hove Coving
The CX126 90 x 90mm coving offers the classic look used by most of Britain's top builders, but without the shrinkage and paint absorption problems faced when using traditional coving alternatives. Suitable for medium and larger rooms, the coving softens the harshness of a square join between wall and ceiling. Sharp details, easy installation, lightweight, non fragile, the coving is already primed and easy to paint.

The CX126 cornice style beautifully mimics the most popular U.K. gypsum coving profile. It is loved by householders for it's ability to take away austerity from any room, but with our Duropolymer material this can be achieved without specialist skills. The profile runs nearly 4 inches across the ceiling, and nearly 4 inches down the wall and offers a corner covering of just over 5 inches. The material is tough and lightweight, and our carriers have very few instances of damage in transit. You will really appreciate the material which cuts just like soft wood, and can even be sanded with a normal medium glass paper to create perfect mitres. On the continent this man made material has virtually taken over from plaster alternatives, and in UK we continue to see repeat business from customers who would rather not re-apply paint several times before the job is finished. Simply install on day 1, and add one coat of paint on day 2 and the job is done. Every carton we deliver comes with coving fitting instructions that have easy to follow graphics. Orac CX126 cornice or coving is a House Martin Interiors Orac classic cornice. Supplied in 2m lengths this cornice profile measures 9 x 9cm with a 12.7cm diagonal. CX126 cornice is Orac's version of the classic gyproc cornice or gypsum cornice. The standard supercove 127. This design of cornice is suitable for standard sized rooms and normal ceiling heights. The CX126 cornice is a simple concave smooth curve with thin leading edges. Normal ceiling heights are suitable for this cornice.
For smaller rooms, a smaller coving cornice and larger rooms we would suggest a bigger coving cornice, for proportion. For smaller rooms or lower ceilings consider the CX109 cornice or CX115 cornice. A modern simple cornice for every room such as lounge cornice, dining room cornice, hall cornice, bedroom cornice and kitchen coving cornice.
House Martin Interiors Orac range of dado panel mouldings and skirting boards can be used in conjunction with the CX126 cornice. Suggestions are the PX120 dado panel moulding, PX102 dado panel moulding, PX113 dado panel moulding, the SX105 skirting board, SX155 skirting board, SX118 skirting board and SX104 skirting board.
