The diminutive 15 x 25mm CX.111 coving section is especially suitable to modern homes with minimal 8 foot 6 inch ceiling height. The enthusiastic DIYer will find working with our Duropolymer material very similar to working with soft wood alternatives. The only tools required for installation is a good stiff saw, cartridge gun for the adhesive, and a small paint brush. On a small moulding like this one neat bead of FDP500 will allow a strong installation to a prepared wall, and if the installation is done in warm conditions finishing may be possible within 6 hours (always test a small area first for peace of mind). You may wish to use a mitre box on corners, but any small errors can easily be rectified by using our adhesive as a filler. Remember to use FDP500 in most rooms, and FDP700 in humid or wet areas such as bathrooms. The CX111 can be used in very tight spaces such as old cottages, especially upstairs where larger moulding may look clumsy. Where ceiling heights are higher choose the similar CX112 coving moulding listed separately. Ideal for bedroom coving and bathroom coving.
