C.900 Premium Coving
An uplighter trough type cornice moulding, C.900 can be used to create background or "mood" lighting. This coving design is particularly popular with the restaurant & hotel trade. This coving moulding should be mounted at least 14 cm below the ceiling if lighting components are utilised. Choose the IL100 and IL110 socket & lamp sets separately if mood lighting is required. If you are using this cornice as an uplighter a separate transformer is needed for every 2 metre section. These are readily available at electrical factors, and should be installed by an approved NICEIC electrical contractor.

Polyurethane coving is not the same quality as Orac coving. As cornice suppliers and coving suppliers of lightweight coving, coving and cornice mouldings, we consider it to be superior. Orac coving has an excellent reputation. It is suitable for the tradesperson or home installer, generally skills are all that are needed. Cutting is the same as with wood and any slight unevenness in surfaces can be filled. Adhesion is rapid, but there is ample time to make adjustments. With the primed surface, finishing and painting is made easier.
