C.422 Large Dentil Coving
A traditional tiered dentil effect is created by this grand C.422 cornice design. As a single moulding it covers approximately 8 inches by 7 inches. Choosing the P.6020 panel mould as dado rail will add a co-ordinated look to your room.

The C422 Orac Decor coving profile measures approximately 7 inches high by 8 inches in projection, and features a bold dentil course below a projecting top layer. When mounted against a ceiling this cornice design has a broad 10 inch span, and will look particularly appropriate in large reception rooms, whether they be residential or commercial. The design may prove too large in some smaller rooms in which case an alternative coving is our smaller C211 dentil cornice. If you are looking to create a thematic style to your rooms, you may wish to also consider the P.6020 panel moulding as a dado rail lower on each wall. Each of the dentil profiles is made of light polyurethane material, and has a primer coat already applied. Whilst the majority of our covings need one coat of matt or emulsion, in this instance you may need to apply two coats due to the sheer number of small indents which can be fiddly to completely cover when working off a ladder. We endeavour to supply most coving orders from stock, but do call us first to check if you are working to a tight deadline. Each 2 metre C.422 coving can be installed using cartridge based adhesives, and we strongly recommend using a large mitre box such as the FB10 variomatic. Attempts to mitre corners on an 8 inch projection without the proper equipment may lead to excessive waste, and time consuming filling. Each coving consignment is despatched with a full fitting guide, and colour brochure.
