Our C356 coving design has a very contemporary feel, and will suit those looking for a minimalistic clean appearance. The C.356 is part of the Orac Luxxus coving range, and was originally called Myline Coving. We are happy to offer this modern coving design which has been created with an indent to the rear of the profile. When the coving is installed this rebate casts a subtle shadow line against the wall. Installation of the cornice mouldings is a quick an easy process in comparison with heavy plaster alternatives. Using our cartridge based DecoFix Pro adhesive the slimline coving moulding can be fitted directly to the ceiling, with a small amount of ExtraFix applied to each mitre cut and butt joint to avoid any open joints. The only tools required are a mitre box, rigid fine toothed saw, tape measure, pencil and adhesives mentioned above. Whether you require coving in Salisbury or Sheffield we will usually be able to deliver your order on a next working day basis. The cornice mouldings will be packed carefully, with a colour brochure and fitting instructions in every carton. C356 coving or cornice is the second smallest of the Orac Luxxus art deco coving designs. This coving is designed to produce a floating effect to the ceiling as it puts the ceiling to wall joint out of sight. This art deco coving is ideal for new minimalist properties such as flats and homes designed in the periods when art deco flourished during the 1920-1930's and 1960's onwards. The profile of this coving is 2 x 10cm with a single step and tapered front edge. Best suited to small and standard rooms with low and standard ceiling heights, for example; bedroom coving, bathroom coving, kitchen coving, hallway coving, dining room coving, lounge coving and coving for flats. The Orac Luxxus art deco coving range of sizes allows for an appropriate coving size for differing room sizes. There are three larger Orac Luxxus coving designs and one smaller. In size order: The C360 art deco coving, C353 art deco coving, C355 art deco coving and C354 art deco coving. Please ignore the odd sequencing of the product codes; this is a result of new coving sizes being introduced over time. Two similar small coving designs have been introduced into the Orac Axxent coving range, the CX160 art deco coving and CX161 art deco coving. The Orac Luxxus coving is a Purotouch® plastic coving produced from high density polyurethane and made in steel moulds. The Orac Axxent coving is a Duropolymer plastic coving produced from high density polystyrene and extruded. The advantages of plastic coving over plaster coving are given on the coving home page. Other Orac Luxxus mouldings are available to use with the C356 art deco coving. Suggestions are the P7070, P9900 and P5051 dado rail or panel mouldings and the SX105 and SX155 skirting board. Many others in the range are suitable to choose from.
