C.332 Ascot Coving
A bold coving design which has the best effect in the larger rooms & hallways of period homes. Choose this design when re-furbishing rooms with high ceilings in excess of 10ft (this cornice is nearly 2ft high). This cornice moulding can effectively cover the area of 2 smaller designs, which can save on labour costs and time.

The C332 Luxxus coving has consistently sold well. Why is it so popular? The shape certainly seems to work well on older buildings which feature high ceilings and certainly outperforms uninspiring plain concave coving offered by most mainstream builders merchants. The building contractors appreciate lightweight polyurethane cornice, and the excellent detailing which comes from using high grade steel moulds. Imagine how much paint a 12 inch high plaster coving would absorb. In some instances traditional covings soak up three or four coats, but with Orac coving the base coat is pre-applied in the factory leaving you or the the contractor a single application. To get the best results ensure the material is cut in a good mitre box, our FB300 mitre box has been designed with this in mind. Cheap DIY shed mitre boxes will invariably be too small, and are best avoided if you are looking to install the C.332 cornice. If you like this design why not add that final flourish and also pick an elaborate ceiling rose? The R73 ceiling rose or R38 ceiling rose both feature an ornamental style which certainly create a period feel on the ceiling of larger drawing rooms and entrance foyers.
