KI.5 Ionic Column
The Orac Luxxus KI5 column creates stylish architectural feature suited to the entrance of many detached properties. The fluted shaft has a 10" diameter which rests on a simple circular plinth. Every KI5 comes with an elaborate decorative capital, based upon the classical Greek ram's horn design. This slim design can be particularly attractive when installed in luxurious bathrooms, with soft lighting and attractive tiles.

Every Orac KI5 column is produced in a lightweight easy to install polyurethane. Each component has a coat of undercoat applied in the factory, and once installed will require a solitary coat to finish. Unlike porous plaster and gypsum columns our pillars are non porous and easy to finish. When fitting Orac columns under canopies please ensure that a structural support is mounted inside each KI5.
If the overall height of 2245 mm is too high adjustment can be made by trimming the column shaft before installing. Simply mark the surface with a pencil line, and saw off any excess material. Every column comes with a fitting guide, but we recommend buyers to select FDP700 for exterior and humid (bathroom) conditions, or FDP500 for standard interior applications. Either of these adhesives will allow installation to a floor or ceiling. Join components together with FX200 Extra Fix, wiping off residue as you go.
