KD.9 Doric Column
The Orac Luxxus KD9 has been designed to offer a substantial appearance, and fit the needs of larger buildings including Hotels and restaurants. The plain shaft is 2400mm high with a 300mm diameter width. The column features a simple Doric style capital, and stands on a 430mm diameter circular base.

This product is available in half column format as KD9H.
The KD9 column can be installed as a decorative feature on interior applications, although exterior installations under canopies must be accompanied by internal structural steel or tanalised timber supports. If in any doubt please consult a structural engineer. The Orac KD9 column is made from a lightweight polyurethane material, and comes with a white primer coat. Unlike plaster and gypsum columns the KD9 will not soak up several coats of paint. Just pick a good quality matt or gloss paint and apply one coat to finish.
