KD.5 Doric Column

The Orac KD5 Doric column features a 22cm (10 inch) fluted shaft which brings a classical style to any dwelling, without taking up much floor space. KD5 columns can be used inside the home, to add grandeur to bathroom or hallways, or externally underneath a canopy or portico.

The KD5 pillar features a circular plinth and Doric capital made from tough lightweight duropolymer. Each 2 metre high fluted shaft is crafted from a high quality light polyurethane material. If the overall column height of 2420mm is too high, then simply cut the surplus height from the base of the K1002 column shaft. If the style is right and the columns are being used outside under a canopy or walkway then add a brick or stone plinth. Typically a brick course will add 70mm to the height, so a 3 course plinth would take the column height to 2630mm approximately.
