KD.10H Doric Half Column

The Orac KD10H column offers a massive 3.1 metre height, with a matching 300mm shaft sitting on a 575mm tall 4 sided base. The KD10H is large enough to work in commercial applications where cheap GRP equivalents prove too short. Despite the height and girth the components are light enough to be installed without recourse to specialist lifting equipment.

Any adjustments to the KD10H Doric column can either be made to the base, or column shaft. Use a rigid blade small toothed saw on installations below 3.1 metres, but above 2.72 metres high, or consider the shorter KD4H column. Customers wishing to create a full KD10 column may use 2 KD10H kits, as this will allow any existing support to be cloaked, which is especially useful on refurbishment projects. Every K10H leaves the factory with a white primer, and can be finished a day after adhesives have set. Where 2 half columns are being joined on an exterior application a textured paint will cover over any unsightly joints.
